Rovio has introduced a new Angry Birds’ character as a Halloween gift for the cute little birds’ fans. This time, is an orange bird (not a pumpkin) that hasn’t got name yet, but it counts with the “super power” of blowing up several times his size. Pretty cool, insn’t it? Take a look!

Google recently introduced the anticipated new version of its mobile operating system, Android Ice Cream Sandwich (or Android 4.0). This was after a brief time ago Apple introduced both iOS 5 and the iPhone 4S. Coincidence? As the Merovingian said in Matrix: “I don’t believe in coincidences”.

It seems that the soul of the legendary Steve Jobs is still reaping success to his “beloved Apple” since on Monday October 17th Apple announced there were sold more than 4 million units of iPhone 4S in just three days. Importantly, this new iPhone was only released to the public on 14 October and only in seven countries. Additional to this, the new operating system iOS 5 (native OS for the iPhone 4S) is already used by 25 million users of iPod, iPhone and iPad worldwide.

After many rumors regarding the possible iPhone 5 release  in the Mac event of the past October 4, 2011, Tim Cook (replacing the always brilliant and remembered Steve Jobs) presented to the world the iPhone 4S. That’s right, this is NOT the iPhone 5 we all have been waiting. Disappointing, isn’t it?

Like every year, Apple products are the most expected by technology fans, either because of their fancy designs, extraordinary performance or simply because their persuasive marketing campaigns make us want to have an iPad so bad.

Amazon captured users’ desires and developed the Kindle Fire which promises to cripple not only iPad3 launch but also iPhone 5 release due on October, the 4th.
