These days, the iPhone 5 release rumor has been growing more than it was expected, in fact there are many sites that keep talking about “when will the new iphone come out?“ but Apple has not made any update.
The latest rumor that we can find was reported by Macotakara, who says that even though this new iPhone 5 will not have many significant changes comparing with its previous release, some of the improvements that will be added are quite revolutionary.
The iPhone 5 features that are been speculated about its main characteristics, includes a completely processor change, improving the frequency and battery duration, it will include an 8 megapixel camera, it won’t require a SIM card and it will be consider a “World phone”.
On the other hand, Stephane Richard, CEO of Orange, has recently confirmed that many carriers around the world are developing a smaller and thinner SIM card, which is contradictory with the embeed SIM technolgy that Macotakara affirms that will be introduced in the new iPhone 5.
It is quite unlikely to have this new iPhone before august ends, and that’s why Macotakara also says that it won’t arrive until 2012.
Stephane also mentions that several companies are working together in order to provide the features quoted before.
Meanwhile, look to the (supposed) photos of the new iPhone 5:
