There is no doubt that Office, Microsoft’s star product, it has given the company worldwide market dominance in the office productivity suite segment. However, there have been many free alternatives to Office that have recently taken the role it had won in the last 10 years, so that the Microsoft team has decided to be a perfectionist in the development of MS Office 2012 and you can bet they will not let its gold mine go down anytime soon.

Although we only have some screenshots courtesy of Winreview.ru and still we do not know what’s new in Microsoft Office 2012, we expect a great evolutionary change between the new version and Office 2010, which broke sales records last year (Microsoft Office 2011 wasn’t released for Windows OS).

Although there is no official Office 2012 release date yet, we estimate it will be presented around July 2012. We must wait to see why so much secret around Microsoft 2012.

Although many people are quite critical of Microsoft products, up to this day I have not known of any office suite that is up to MS Office, including the great OpenOffice . Although it is present in millions PCs worldwide, it still doesn’t reach the levels of domestic or corporate adoption the Microsoft product already has.

  Looks like they are staying with the extremely unpopular ribbon. Everyone I know hates it and those with choice are moving away from MS Office in droves.

  this video is a fake, it’s a video from 2010, not 2012. it is very likely to me that office will change the colour. (2007 was blue/2010 was yellow ish)

    Microslop and Google don’t play well together so I doubt we will ever see MS-Office for andriod. Not to mention android is linux based and Microslop certainly doesn’t want their cash cow ported to their nemesis platform.
