Ten years after the release of the first installment of the series, PopCap Games has recently announced the release of the new and highly anticipated version of Bejeweled.
This fresh edition of one of the company’s flagship products will be released on December, 7th and it promises to be the best one yet. With revamped graphics, exciting new game modes and killer music and sound effects, Bejeweled 3 is the game you’ll want to look up this Christmas.
The most important change in this new version is the inclusion of an award system consisting of Badges. One of the challenges you’ll have to face involves obtaining all of these prizes, for which you’ll have to complete different games and puzzles. You’ll have to go through all of the 40 levels in Quest Mode in order to become the greatest player of all.
In addition, Bejeweled 3 will be packed with secrets that will reveal themselves as you play. One of them is the brand new games included, such as Ice Storm and Butterflies. PopCap isn’t giving many details away, increasing the expectancy among fans that are now wondering what these features might turn out to be.
